Dr. Neal specializes in Internal and Addiction Medicine, and is passionate in providing the highest level of care for his patients. He has been Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for 20 years. Dr. Neal attended the University of Arizona and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He attended the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, and subsequently completed an Internship at Mesa General Hospital in Mesa, Arizona. His Internal Medicine Residency was at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Neal then joined the U.S. Navy as a flight surgeon serving with Naval Flight Squadrons VC-1, HSL-37 and VPU-2 at Barbers Point, Hawaii. He then worked for both American and United Airlines as a Regional Medical Director at LAX Airport. Dr. Neal has continued to work in the South Bay for several years. Dr. Neal provides compassionate and economical opiate detox treatment with Suboxone (Buprenorphine). He is on staff at Del Amo Behavioral Health Hospital and actively treats patients with drug and alcohol addictions. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, swimming, reading and lives in the South Bay with his wife and two children.
